1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from DashRoam (dashroam.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

2. Products & Digital Delivery DashRoam sells eSIM data plans, which are digital goods delivered electronically via QR code. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the digital nature of the product and that delivery occurs upon issuance of the QR code.

3. Account & Guest Checkout You may purchase as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use DashRoam or its products to:

  • Resell or redistribute eSIMs without prior written approval from DashRoam
  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our platform or services

5. Intellectual Property All content on dashroam.com — including logos, copy, and product data — is the property of DashRoam and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Data Privacy We collect and process only the data strictly necessary to provide our services, such as order fulfillment and eSIM delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party companies for commercial purposes.

You may contact us at any time at support@dashroam.com to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or to request its deletion from our systems. We will respond within 30 days. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashRoam's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DashRoam shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in New Jersey, United States. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Note for EU buyers: Mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law are not affected by the arbitration clause above.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. EU and UK consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
