1. Digital Delivery All DashRoam products are eSIM data plans — digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical shipping is involved.
2. Delivery Timeframe eSIM delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your eSIM within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and contact us at support@dashroam.com.
3. Order Fulfillment & Right to Decline DashRoam reserves the right to decline fulfillment of any order at our discretion, including as a result of our internal risk analysis process (e.g. suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or policy violations). In such cases, the order will be fully refunded to the original payment method. You will be notified via email.
