Refund Policy

All eSIM products sold on DashRoam are digital goods delivered electronically.

Eligible for a refund: Refund requests are accepted if the eSIM has not been installed on your device. If you purchased an eSIM and have not yet scanned the QR code or added it to your device, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Not eligible for a refund: Once an eSIM has been installed or activated on a device, it cannot be refunded. Upon installation, the eSIM is provisioned on the carrier network and data is allocated — this cost is non-recoverable on our end.

How to request a refund: Contact us at support@dashroam.com before installing your eSIM. Please include your order number and confirmation that the eSIM has not been installed.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents the eSIM from functioning after installation through no fault of your own, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
